There has to be a reason why the police radio transmissions and communications between the officers involved, before the victim was stopped and removed from his car, have never been released.

I read one report say the victim was driving recklessly and aimed at a cop car. Did the offending officer set up the other officers by making this false claim, leading to the beat down by the other cops who didn't realize they were in the center of a domestic dispute and not tangling with a driver who was targeting cop cars?
