My wife and all her siblings have had every shot and every booster. They stayed on me hounding me to get it and told me it was foolish not to. I was begging them not to take them.
Now they all are having heart issues. One healthy brother had 5 stints and is on blood thinners. My wife very very healthy wife now has heart racing problems, high blood pressure and can barely exercise without reaching her max heart rate. She is scheduled for a heart scan and doc put her on meds. Im getting very worried.

IVM also works topically. It is sold as a "pour-on" product for cattle.

The standard livestock dose is 0.2mg/kg. The doses referenced for people are usually the same 0.2mg/kg, or they are exactly double or triple that amount, making measurement easy.

As of today, the FLCCC preventive protocol says the following:

Ivermectin: In the current situation of abundant natural immunity along with the recent circulation of less severe and more highly transmissible variants, chronic weekly or twice a week ivermectin prophylaxis is no longer applicable to most people. The following approaches with ivermectin can be considered and applied based on patient preference, comorbid status, immune status, and in discussion with their provider:

• Twice weekly ivermectin at 0.2mg/kg; considered in those with significant comorbidity and lack of natural immunity or immunosuppressive states or those with long COVID or post-vaccine syndrome not already on ivermectin as treatment.
• Daily ivermectin just prior to and during periods of high possible exposure (travel, weddings, conferences, etc.)
• Immediate initiation of daily ivermectin at 0.4mg/kg upon first symptoms of a viral syndrome.

As of today, the FLCCC early-treatment protocol says the following:

Ivermectin: 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg – one dose daily for at least 5 days or until symptoms resolve. If symptoms persist longer than 7 days, consult a healthcare provider. See Table 1 for help with calculating correct dose. Due to a possible interaction between quercetin and ivermectin, these drugs should be staggered throughout the day (see Table 2). For COVID treatment, ivermectin is best taken with a meal or just following a meal, for greater absorption.

So for early treatment, a person weighing 211-230 pounds would need 60mg (five 12mg tables) each day for at least 5 days at the higher dose. So 25 tablets might be all that is needed for a course of treatment. If you figure on an extra 5 days, that is still just 50 tablets to cover one person. As I recall, it is best be taken with food.
