Oz was a horrible candidate, that’s why he lost.

I’m saying it incorrectly. I’m saying the ballot harvesting should not be legal. The states should correct this. Until the states do, then it is no contest.

“Oz was a horrible candidate, that’s why he lost.”
***
No, he lost because conservatives, including many in Free Republic, refused to vote for him, along with the problem of voter fraud.

They kept saying he was the same as Fetterman.

They couldn’t accept that Oz became a conservative.

I actually went to an Oz rally & he gave A MAGA speech.

Here in PA, your choice was OZ or FETTERMAN.

Those Pennsylvanias who did NOT vote for Oz should stop complaining about Fetterman.

Those same types of people are now saying DESANTIS is not a conservative.

They are so NAIVE they do not care if democrats win.

I never liked Oz but I voted for him. I did not vote for him in the primary.

You do know that Dr Azz won the vote on election day?

You do know that Mastriano got more votes for governor than any previous GOP candidate (win or lose)?

The problem was not turnout. The problem was ballot harvesting by the left and Trump's lack of leadership in fighting it.

You are aware that ballot harvesting, ubiquitous mail-in voting ballots and voting machine are a state problem. Specifically, a state legislature problem, a President has very little direct control. He can use the Presidency as a bully pulpit to get them to change things. I grant you Trump did a poor job communicating that concern prior to 2020. It was evident there were “problems” in 2016 & 2018. He set up a “commission” which got “push back”. Trump and “the commission” didn’t “push back harder” and it fizzled out. I think he just lost interest because it never occurred to him that it could be done to such an extent he would lose. (Ego??) When he did sound off on it “He was losing 2020!”. It was too late then.

I think those that didn’t vote for him saw two democrats.
Folks can give maga speeches all day long to get votes. It is no different than the tea party movement. They said all the right things, but once elected petered out. They still, after all these years, have not done what they promised then. Worse, we keep re-electing them. Insanity.
Oz was still pro-lgbtq and pro-trans. That is not conservative.
DeSantis is a conservative and actually representing the folks of Florida and taking successful action. The first, in a very long time.

Yes, and that is why DeSantis did so well. He fixed the problems in Florida and won in a landslide.

But aside from talking about changing the laws, how about creating your own ballot harvesting machine? Trump sat on $100 million in the mid-terms and spent like $15-$20 million on candidates. He kept the rest.

There should have been a massive registration drive and ballot harvesting drive. Most voters are uneducated and do not go to the polls. Get them to fill out ballots for your candidate before the left gets to them.

There is a LOT the national GOP and Trump could have done. Instead they all played the election like it was 2016 and got creamed as a result.

The rules are there....use them.

You could do a 'universal replace' and change Fetterman to Biden and re-use this article. But hey, their puppetmasters are happy.
