President Biden will travel to Poland on Feb. 20 to mark the first anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the White House announced Friday.
Mr. Biden will meet with Polish President Andrzej Duda and NATO leaders during the two-day visit to “reaffirm the United States’ unwavering support and security for the alliance,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.
She said he also will highlight “how the United States has rallied the world to support the people of Ukraine as they defend their freedom and democracy, and how we will continue to stand with the people of Ukraine for as long as it takes.”

This would be the first anniversary of the second Russian invasion of the Ukraine, Joe!
That’s just Joe displaying his profound ignorance of history, once again.
Just hope he doesn’t bring along Jimmy Carter’s interpreter.
Biden acts like this is a celebration.
You know what? It is for them.
Nah, he is dragging along Jon Cary and James Taylor. It is all good.
This is your chance, Russia.
Don’t worry about us. We will be fine.
Send a musician.
I was there when the lightworker visited. My Polish friends lamented how Obama carried himself exactly like the commie puppets of the Soviet era. Even frightening to them was how people worshipped him as a literal “kind of” a god. Aside from getting free stuff from Biden I really don’t think anyone in Poland likes the chomo.
When I was there last year, almost all of the folks there said they liked Trump.
What has Poland done to deserve the vexation of a visit from Joe Biden?
Defend Ukraine Freedom and Democracy.
Yes except they don’t have any.
