Interesting that it was the BIA which the documents came from.
Most people do not know that Federally recognized Tribes are, under SCOTUS rulings, the only people that have Rights enshrined in the Constitution. All others have mere privileges which can be revoked at any given time.
They can revoke our so called rights, but not the superior Rights of the Tribes.
