"Well Biden should be able to escalate as far as Trump said he would if Putin invaded Ukraine: The annihilation of Moscow."

Easy there armchair general. Americans do not want to die in nuclear fire. Ukraine is taking all volunteers so get your fresh princely behind there and grab a gun.

Yes, America has put a life-long idiot with dementia in this position. Way to go.

Great gif of the dynamic Biden....

So is he really all better now or are the biased media cameras watching birds looking for seeds on the ground?

When he wanders off calling for Jackie or following little girls is this no longer reported?

“Biden has no restraints on his insanity other than what the Junta allows.”

>>>>>>

That Biden is a crook. Agreed.

But that doesn’t make it right for Russia to invade our allies.
We can’t mix up two separate issues.

Russia, America, UK and Ukraine signed the Budapest Memorandum in 1994.
It assured Ukraines sovereignty and respect for its borders. In return Ukraine got rid of its 1.900 nuclear warheads. America had demanded that and it got its wish fulfilled. Ukraine respected its part of the deal.

However, Russia raped that signed deal in 2014 when it took Crimea from Ukraine and attacked in Donbas... and then later tried to take Kiev...

The real INSANITY (as you say) is that Russia invaded a sovereign nation... and violated its own signature - in this day and age! True madness.

America is honoring its signature. Why? Because it’s not a banana republic.
A signature means something.

However we don’t need to send troops to Ukraine. Ukrainians are perfect fighters, they don’t need US troops and they never asked for that. But they need some help in equipment and gear. We are giving that help just like every EU nation does. As such, we are respecting the Budapest Memorandum deal we signed.

I should have used the word, nonpartisan. That’s the way they’re supposed to be. Generals have the duty of considering defense and warfare without regards to politics. Well, except for shunting political intrusions against defense into dog and pony showcases of no effect against defense. ;D

I doubt it gets that far, but maybe some US flow aircraft of sorts seems possible.

Yep. I doubt we will see combat troops on the ground, but intel or other support yes.

Like advisors on the ground in Viet Nam.
Then more advisors.
Then troops.

How many mothers and fathers would be OK with having their child’s life put at risk for the ‘big guy’, so we can continue to have a nation in which his son can smoke crack, bed with prostitutes, ignore the child he fathered out of wedlock, peddle access to his father, cut deals with foreign governments hostile to us, and still walk free without fear of conviction?
