Thanks for the link, but given the ‘mass graves’ line, not worth reading any further.
As to reducing cities to rubble, the person to ask is Zelensky - in most wars, once a city is about to be lost, the defending army pulls out. Zelensky seems to want every building destroyed prior to doing so.
