Republican Louisiana Rep. Clay Higgins told former Twitter executives to prepare to be arrested for alleged criminal interference in the 2020 elections during a House Oversight Committee hearing on Twitter censorship Wednesday.
Higgins accused Twitter executives of working with the FBI to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story the month before the 2020 election in order to hide criminal evidence against the Biden family.

I wonder if there’s a place I can watch replays of this. I missed Boebert. Did see Luna, and she kicked ass. So impressive!

It would be more meaningful if they were just constantly harassed every time they appeared in public.....

I agree they won’t be arrested, but it would be interesting if a STATE Attorney General made a case that the outcome of the election in his state was affected by this stunt, and arrested some of them on state charges - given that a federal election is really just a summation of the results of 50 state elections.
Is it possible that there are fbi and doj people who are not woke or are working undercover for conservative values? Could they be goading the Dems to do enough wrong to be arrested? I cannot believe all of the rank and file fbi/doj/military are all wokesters. Then again, I could be wrong.
Conservative values, Marxist values, Libertarian values aside, that’s not what they get paid to do. Anyways, conservatives do not think law enforcement is a federal government responsibility. But then again, the FBI doesn’t seem to be doing law enforcement.
Throw them in jail for election interference w the jan 6 prisoners.
