The National Institutes of Health is facilitating an ongoing, multi-million dollar mass medical experiment on vulnerable youth, and some of them are winding up in early graves.

This is a worthy article; but the author needs to be more precise in his writing about the term of the experiment. The headline says, "ends with...", but the first line says "ongoing."

I believe he means that the recent paper published from the study data underplayed the news that two of the participants killed themselves —i.e. they "ended up" dead. But the NIH is probably continuing the hormones and indoctrination of the remaining youths.
