Well it’s an old country with plenty of old buildings so it’s not surprising when this happens many of them fall. And likely most living in them are middle to lower class. Even with new construction, I doubt if they are built to US standards.

U.S. Standards? Well sure. Looks like the Turks hired the guys who built the Florida condos that are either down or going down? And forgot to bring re-bar? And use the Chinese formula for concrete mix?
