According to the NYT, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Greece and India are sending teams to Turkey to help. Meanwhile, we in the US are “assessing” our “response options”.

Well be fair, they are a bit closer to Turkey than the US.
