Google maps isn’t good enough?

That’s a good response, just about anything that balloon could detect is already done quite well by Google maps. Additionally, the ChiComs have got to have satellites capable of super imaging just about anything, similar to what we have. So I don’t think getting images of anything was the goal of that balloon.

And was allowing the balloon to drift all the way over the US an act of incompetence, or done on purpose to gather intel? Whatever the balloon was gathering could have been blocked by our own intel people, to include intercepting any messages it sent to the chinks.

Not shooting it down until over water was likely done so retrieving it would be better, meaning it would most likely be in tact so the electronics could be studied.

We are fed so full of bullshit by our own government just about anything could be true. Propaganda about the balloon, propaganda about covid, propaganda about Ukraine. The only real certainty is anything coming from the MSM or this regime is a lie.
