The video is credible, he’s a former Naval Aviator flying the F-14, plus he reported what the Biden Administration was saying, not what the Trump Administration was saying.
The story about Chinese Balloons over the USA during the Trump Administration has been reported widely in the media, even Fox News was reporting it, the information came from the Biden Administration, which means Ward Carroll is reporting what everyone else is reporting.
