The cartels own the voting program in all the Southern States. They own the machines, the suppliers, and the appointed election authorities no matter what party. Look closely at Arizona as a leading example.
Mexico and much of Latin American is beyond corrupt. The delusional believe that much of that corruption stops at our border. The cheap labor motive is just a smoke screen.
