Race traitors like this seem very removed from the various situations where non-white enclaves are bending over backwards to lure back white settlers; they understand that while some whites just show up from 9 to 5, nothing is getting better and the welfare reservations stay poor. Even Newark NJ has built a fortified “teachers’ village” to convince whites that they can live within city safely (though there are few takers; there is no “wealthy” area in Newark).
Here in NJ our cities were quiet/calm during the BLM/Orange Man Bad riots, and I believe it is because the black mayors put the word out that if the last whites stopped coming, they were completely lost (even the small downtowns where whites from neighboring areas would commute to work). I also believe the white anarchists were too afraid to enter the areas away from the downtowns - and they were right to be afraid. The welfarians do not view them as “allies”, but targets.

Years ago I had to attend a New Jersey Board of Public Utilities meeting in downtown Newark (business stuff).
I was living in CA at the time so I flew into Newark Airport and then took a taxi to the hotel (Hilton I believe) downtown and walking distance to the meeting the next morning.
I will never forget what greeted me at the hotel.
Just inside the front door there was a big security guard (looked like a NFL guard) holding a huge shotgun that was almost as tall as he was.
That was a hint the area was a bit dangerous.... :-)

I am thinking it was sometime in the 1980s...I had a job where I had to travel all over the country and appear before different state and local regulators—eighteen different states and hundreds of cities and towns.

The airport and train hub in Newark are all that keep it relevant; the downtown is small and the remaining companies have a hard time attracting talent (there is almost no local talent). The state tries to bolster the city with a pseudo-economy of colleges, hospitals, a “performing arts center”, a sports arena (I believe only the NJ Devils play there; the NJ Nets moved to Brooklyn as state officials tried to convince them to move to Newark), and a minor league baseball stadium (already closed and demolished); but it doesn’t really work - they contribute little to no tax revenue, and operators are usually forced to hire x% of their staff locally (from a thin pool).
Fat white women like that black men will date them in preference over fat black women.

If he wants to live in a libtard only world, we should set aside a few states on the East and West coasts for all the progressives, black or white or whatever color or race, to live their lives free of conservative Christian Americans. MLK said it best, the content of a person’s character, not his skin color.

We live it all the time—but if you step back you realize that almost all American cities are totally surreal—islands of prosperity and high civilization surrounded by hostile natives.

Newark is certainly one of the most extreme examples—and as you say all of the political class is deep in denial.
I remember passing through there once. A guy with a footprint on his back came up to me and tried to sell me a watch. Squad car came by and he disappeared.
