Sergey Vereshchagin from the city of Kirovsk in the Kemerovo region served 10 years for murder. There were still seven people left before he was released. He decided to sign a contract with PMC Wagner to get a pardon and “start life anew.” Especially since he was promised a job as a mechanic.
