There is no possibility of negotiations with a wolf who has no intention of living up to the agreements. Obviously, you know nothing of the history of Russia. any agreement would be an appeasement and you know how that goes. Russia is now getting smoked and when that happens the people of Russia usually rebel. When the master shows weakness the whipped cur rebels. That has been the history of Russia. Just look at its past. It is Russia that can’t fight an attritional war. Look at ww1, Russia-Japan, Crimea Afghanistan.
