Yeah, I am thinking it already transmitted the data it collected back to the Chinese. I don’t think downing it over the ocean is going to be a loss for the Chinese. They probably got what they wanted already.
But Joe Biden will do it to try and save face. But he wont’ do it before China has collected everything they need/want.
