The 2A needs to apply to ALL weapons, not just personal hand-held munitions.
I did not say it didn’t.
I tell people it does, by implication. The section of the Constitution on letters of marque and reprisal mean nothing if individuals outside of government do not have the right to own any and all military hardware. Anything less is just another 2A infringement.
