My vehicles don’t care about wind chill.

I just want them to start on demand.

Did the Mt. Washington hill climb bicycle race in the 80’s. Even in the summer the weather can become unpleasant very quickly.

That’s a bit nippy.

I can't determined if your comment is racist, or sexist.

You and me both! Minus-14 turned my usually-dependable sedan into a brick until we get a day above freezing!

During the last cold spell before Christmas, the windshield washer fluid in my vehicle froze.

Colorado record low was -61 without windchill and record wind is 147 MPH. good that they did not happen at the same time in the same place. I would have thought Alaska would have the record low temperature.

And before this, Mt. Washington also holds the world’s record high wind speed of 231 mph, set in 1934. That’s the highest wind speed not associated with a tornado, hurricane, or cyclone.

I checked with the website, as of 2030 this evening the temp was -45.9f and winds just above 100 mph. Wind chill at -108f.

I believe the record is -47. So two degrees short with plenty of time to go.
