If some of these obese people were taken to live with the Amish(real Amish, not Free Republic Amish) I bet they’d be skinny in no time. Lots of chores, and hard manual labor, plus no snacks between meals.

I’ve lived in an area in Ohio populated by the Amish and Mennonites for over 30 years.
NEVER have I seen a fat kid or adult among them. I have see a few (less than 5) slightly overweight, old grannies.
