All the US and EU contractors will bring their own crews. Why do you think all the Int. Leaders lined up to see Zelensky....they all want their hands in the pie when the revenue flows for rebuilding.

This “Ukraine-war” situation actually has far greater implication than just “little Ukraine”. The real issue is that it’s a proxy war. It is Russia’s last hope trying to remain relevant as a respected power in the world - at any cost. Even if a million of Russians will have to die for the Kremlin’s rich politicians in the process.
The Kremlin just wants to keep its way of life by controlling its people and using them like slaves for the Russian uber-alles-state - Russias expansion into other countries territories.
The Kremlin is making sure the Soviet doctrine survives for a few more decades. I know you know this already.
This is a matter wether we want Soviet way of life to take over the Western world, or not.
If Russia loses in Ukraine, Putin will be thrown out of a window or poisoned by someone from the nomenclature. Putin knows this. Thats why he is fighting for his personal survival right now, and for the Soviet era’s survival. He has no other choice than to win in Ukraine.
So the Russians are not going to lose in Ukraine. At best, it'll be a stalemate. Give them Dontesk and Luhansk so Ukraine can keep 80% of their territory
