Capture it how? That's a question, axing because one has no idea oneself how such a thing would be done.

Other than shooting it down, of course. It's at about 120,000' altitude, which would narrow down the options for that also, one would think, but certainly the USAF has some kinda missile that could destroy it.

One would hope we have the ability to bring down a spy balloon in a controlled manner without damaging it. Nice bargaining chip after we learn and download what it has and destroy its surveillance data. Of course the Chicoms likely already have the data.
