No. Joseph Goebbels, as loathsome as he was, was not a stupid man. He had a doctorate degree in philology, which is one reason why he was so effective in his job as minister of propaganda for the Nazis.

And he appeared, at least in his diary entries, to be honest, at least with himself. Joe Biden is a bumbling clumsy fool in comparison.
