If every violent attack or crime is caused by “apparent influence by the rhetoric of stochastic terrorism” then surely no one is guilty of their own murderous or anti-social acts, right?
Except Republicans and their rhetoric that forced others to act violently, of course, but not the wielder of the knife, bat, club, gun, fist, etc.
