Hunter Biden's lawyers called on federal and state prosecutors across the country to open criminal investigations into his critics on Wednesday – and in doing so, acknowledged that the notorious laptop is indeed Hunter's.
Biden's attorney, Abbe Lowell, wrote letters to the Justice Department and the Delaware attorney general calling for investigations into Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon and John Mac Isaac, who owns the computer repair shop where Biden is said to have left his laptop. Biden's lawyers also sent cease and desist letters to others who obtained and disseminated the laptop's contents.
Lowell argued in the letters that Mac Isaac and the others had no right to inspect the contents of Biden's laptop, much less make copies of it to share with the media.

“He signed a contract with the repair guy. The contract gives him rights to computer if Hunter did not pick it up.”
That is the bottom line. IMHO once he did not pick up and pay for the repairs in a timely manner Hunter forfeited any right the computer and its contents. Can you imagine how the story would be different if this had been one of Trump’s sons that did this?

I have been told by MANY reliable sources, for several years. including US former CIA and many well informed media sources that this laptop is Russian disinformation.
Of course, I believe them.
How is Hunter going to PROVE that this lap top is HIS?
And that any information that was shared is actually His real and true info and NOT Russian Dis Info?
I’d say march out all of those press and Intel, maybe even Adam Schiff that for several years told us that under no circumstances was this Hunter’s laptop and that ANY info derived from it was a russian plot.

It’s think it’s a bit late for that. I’m no lawyer, but there is a principle that if you don’t file suit to defend something like a copyright, or likeness rights, then you basically have assented to allowing people to infringe on your claim. Seems like something similar would apply here. The laywers knew this was Biden’s laptop, and knew that people were disseminating information from it, and did not take any action for years. That seems to me like they effectively consented to people disseminating the information.
Did the stripper have a signed agreement that says if he abandoned the device, it would become the stripper’s property?
Because Mac Isaac has such an agreement with Biden’s signature on it.
Hunter is trapped like a rat his lawyers can’t save him.
With all the people he exposed on his laptop he may be safer in prison and maybe not.
After the tax audits on the Biden crime family many will be there too.
