A new report indicates that a shortage of paper at multiple Harris County polling places on Election Day was more severe than initially indicated.

According to KHOU-TV, 121 polling places did not initially receive enough paper to cover the voter turnout at their polling places.

The county’s Elections Administration Office had previously estimated the number as being between 46 and 68 polling places.

The county’s post-election review document admitted that its investigation “has not yet revealed how many of these VCs had to turn voters away due to a paper shortage,” using the abbreviation VC for “voting center.”

Harris county is the largest and most populous county in the state of Texas, and home to Houston. The county judge was stolen by Lina Hidalgo (D) from Ed Emmett (R) awhile back, and this time, they used their power to make sure Dora the Explorer (just look her up) kept that position over a female Hispanic Republican challenger.

I am SO glad I don't live in Harris county (although nearby, and I do work in Houston).

Lina has helped the mayor usher in a crime wave not seen since the 80's - although I'm not so sure this one isn't worse.

In Az. The malfunctions machines and bad ballots were predominantly in Republican sections of Maricopa County (Az version of Harris) was this also the case with the ballot shortages in Harris?

Too many moving parts in the machine. What do you expect? The cops should all work on Election Day-high profile. Rats would object but that’s what they do. We’ve got 21 months to correct it-don’t hold your breath.

Harris County has been the Dem proving ground for voter fraud fir decades. Ballot harvesting, ballot stuffing, bussing voters to the polls. Sheila Jackson-Lee and Rodney Ellis have companies that work on this year round.

please pingify me if you run across a harris county heat map.

seems like there are some election “tricks” that may not be unique to maricopa.

wouldn’t be surprised to see similar tricks in las vegas, milwaukee & atlanta.
