Many whites have died in the past year. Why is the VP going to a funeral for a man who resisted arrest and went for officer’s weapon?
I watched all of the videos - body cams from before the cops even got out of the car, and the pole cam.
I didn't see him resist other than when he freaked out and tried to run away after he had already been laying on the ground, crying for his mother, and getting the piss beat out of him - kicked in the face and wailed on. Which, at that point, what the hell else was he supposed to do, just continue to lay there and get beat on?
I also didn't see him grab for anyone's gun - particularly as other than when he ran away, the cops were holding both of his arms. In fact, they were holding both of his arms when the other animal charged over and brained the guy with an ASP, and then continued to beat him with it. There was no way he could've grabbed for anyone's gun at that point.....and those strikes to the head are likely what gave him the cranial fracture and subsequently killed him.
But I guess, "he went for my gun," is as good an excuse as any when you just beat a guy to death while he was restrained by two other people.
It is never a smart idea to run from the cops, no matter what race/ethnic group you belong to-you risk becoming a statistic-however, I watched the video(s} and did not see that guy reach for any gun or do anything but try to keep from having the s*** beat out of him by several cops. There are rumors of one of those cops having a personal vendetta against the guy because of a love triangle, etc, but that isn’t an excuse for murder/manslaughter- and the facts are not out there yet.
That said, I hope that laughing hyena Harris makes a public spectacle of herself, as usual...
