It’s a realization I have come to over the past four years or so. Both sides are being led by people who need to simply retire.
They need to stand aside and let the next generation take over. I thought we would see this with Obama and W. But, since then...the old folks never left.
So, we have to limit them out. Old folks never think they are too old. But the reality is if you watch them try to function beyond a 30 second sound bite and they meander, they say stupid stuff, and they simply don’t know what is going on.
I know someone will tell me how Trump talks for an hour at a time. Yes...he does. And if you listen to what he says...he says nothing new. He talks a lot about what he doesn’t like. But he never really says what he will do, beyond a few phrases about his own brilliance.
Anyway...he will be almost 80 if he is elected. Thats a good age to sit on the porch and cheer on your team. We have had two years of that crap. We don’t need six more of it.
Amen, Sir. Times are changing and we need younger folks that understand how to navigate these changes or we are in for a lot worse than Biden.
