The booms keep coming, heard and felt for miles around Blytheville, rattling windows and raising concerns, but nobody seems to know what’s causing them.
“The City of Blytheville and the Blytheville Police Department are aware of the recent bouts of ‘explosions,’” police said in a Facebook post. “We have received several calls about these occurrences, and find these events to be alarming and concerning.”
Residents of Blytheville, a town of more than 13,000 in the northeast corner of Arkansas, have some ideas of their own, maybe earthquakes, possibly undisclosed military activity, a potential Russian invasion, or “someone’s meth lab recipe went wrong,” comments read.
The apparent explosions are so powerful they’re shaking homes, including those in neighboring communities, people living in the area say.
“Glad someone (is) taking it seriously enough to let us know,” one person commented on the post.

Oh yes, it’s perfectly normal to fall asleep on a railroad track, so comfy. Not.
did the gasman swallwell pass through there?
I HOPE IT’S NOT the New Madrid fault since we live in the middle of it.
I read the Earths core stopped and will be going in the opposite direction. That may cause a lot of problems.
“DUMBs”?
Is that anything like CHUDs? (Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller).
I suspect that the earth’s core reversing direction would bring a magnetic pole shift.
Imagine the outer crust swinging back and forth like a spring door.
Barry Seal allegedly had GHW Bush's personal phone number in his pocket when he was found dead. Bill Clinton was Attorney General of Arkansas at the time. They were all in on it together(the Bush's & Clinton's)
Back in the 80's my first wife and I moved to "Pope Planes Trailer Park" in Spring Lake, NC. Right about the top of the "S" in Spring Lake. It was on a weekend and we wondered why they called it that.
Monday morning ~530 we found out!! 😱😲😁
Wasn’t that amazing? I read the book.
There was that guy in the garage that killed himself with a staple gun - back of his head I think it was.
I didn’t know that actually found drugs.
But it wasn’t just there. My friend used to tell me about whole families being found murdered, people just disappearing without a trace, wild parties at the Governor’s mansion, etc. He lived about a two hour drive from Mena (there were no major roads to my friend’s county).
I used to visit him. All I remember was it was a dry county and you’d have to buy from a bootlegger who lived in a trailer in the woods.
The sheriff’s department knew about him but strangely he was the only one who never got caught selling alcohol. And yes we could buy it from him when we weren’t 18 (that was the legal age back then).
Seriously, though, it might have something to do with this. In some areas with bedrock far below, there’s a gap in that bedrock, often accompanied by a rockier ridge up on the surface. Every now and then, the bedrock moves and opens or closes the gap a little, causing the rumbles and vibrations.
Locals mining for diamonds?
Propane cannon?
Yep.
I would actually bet that the odds of ANY death being ruled a suicide increased the close the body was to Mena’s airport.
Witch? No. See Judicial Watch.
“ Strange events unfolded at Mena, a small city in remote western Arkansas, in the 1980s. When Bill Clinton became president, Mena got a closer look. Evidence emerged suggesting that the CIA was operating in the area in the early 1980s; that a major cocaine and gun smuggler was based at the airfield; and that the U.S. military was somehow involved.”
Some rednecks with a lot of tannerite....
That was the rumor. It was at the exact same time that Barry Seal was flying drugs in for the Columbians.
We had a big boom this morning in NW Arkansas. It upset the dogs. People are reporting hearing it all over North West Benton County clear to Jane MO, Kansas and Jay OK, Siloam Springs AR, Proctor Ar.
