We might say “it makes sense for Biden to say nutty things” (meaning they are consistent with the other nutty things he says).

Youtube video 10 months ago of Biden trying to talk about food shortages. First Biden says the sanctions of the USA+allies are causing it. Then at 0:50 “We talked about how we could increase and disseminate more rapidly food shortages.” Maybe he was reading the teleprompter and for got to say all the words, who knows.
We have to remember that he blurts out stuff that he overhears when his handlers are talking and setting things up, just like a little pitcher with big ears would do.

The implication of the egg problem was some additive to chicken feed might be affecting egg production. Similar to the ‘Chinese dog food chucks’ that poisoned almost all brands of dog food around the country some years back (except dog food put out by Mars Inc. and a few others)

TC actually played the clip of Biden saying he pledged to increase food shortages. So its not made up or taken out of context
After Biden made his pledge, food processing plants began to burn down all across the country, and meanwhile Purina did something (which they deny) to chicken feed as the egg production began to fall and then stopped entirely for months, in conjunction with a fire that killed 100,000 egg layers.
Figure it out and do the math
TC went on to explain that egg farms experienced an immediate egg increase after switching form Purina to local brands; from zero eggs for months to lots of eggs within a day.
