I am willing to bet a lot of money that non-blacks are beaten by police in far greater absolute numbers.

However, as blacks are 12% of the population yet involved disproportionally in the amount of violent crime (38-43% depending on who you read) there is likely a corresponding higher percentage of blacks being beaten by any color of police officers.
