Maybe if a new misinformation program claims that Wakanda actually exists, but you have to go to another continent to get directions, the problem population will go there and not come back.

Chief Davis was demoted and subsequently fired from her position in the Atlanta PD when she stopped an investigation into a child molester / child pornographer who happened to be the husband of her fried and coworker.
You would think that being fired for aiding child pornographers would make it hard to get a job as Chief of Police. But I guess the benefits of being black outweigh that in the minds of the diversity / affirmative action crowd.
