The world has NEVER been Stable.
In relative terms, there are quiet periods of time. Often following thee end of Great Wars.
The USA is in NO Way stable today. Thanks to #ComDem and #Globalist (fascist) power grabbers. Don’t leave out our own #DeepState.
I agree. But MAD from about the late 50s till the end of the USSR it worked. It was a well thought out doctrine. It was ridiculed but we recognized that the first nation to have a believable ICBM defense could launch a first strike at will with little risk.
That is where that ABM treaty came from. It wasn’t written by fools.
