Oh, BS. Most of us voted enthusiastically for Trump in 2016 and 2020 and now just see a tired old man, lacking vigor, uninspiring, beaten down by the swamp, and with no chance to return to the White House in 2024.
Many of them like to use the old, tattered....I voted for Trump twice!! line, too.
