There’s really barely any difference between self-declared liberals or conservatives when it comes to socialist spending. At all. Almost the entire difference between ideologies now are on social issues such as homo/grooming/enviro and so on.
Both parties are far, far left on economics now. And a lot of people think they aren’t on here when they’d be saying the same thing when it comes to Canadian healthcare or British NHS spending as well.
