Dependency is the opposite of Freedom. I'm a Free Republic type guy. I Rightly oppose the whole concept of fed level entitlements.

Yes, I get it. I'm a victim of SS too. I did not want to play, they forced me. Then spent my money. Now if we want to pretend we are getting our money back, it requires additional stealing from younger folks.
Force and/or fraud invalidate any phony notions that a program is somehow good. If it was good, you would not need force.
Do you support an option for folks to not participate in SS?
Do you support at least privatization so that you'd actually still own your money they confiscated with force?
