Whatever the reason, it was totally unjustified and illegal. The camera footage of the chase would give needed context.

So why ar they holding back other information that they know? They know why he was pulled over unless the officers are varied different stories.

Possibly as I understand it once the siren and lights are activate then the officers chest cameras are automatically activated. Not sure about audio?
