when in reality this was a out of control police issue.

There is a huge amount of frustration that comes out when you have to chase down an idiot driver that is endangering his life, your life, and the lives and property of innocent people going about their own business.
When that driver comes on with an attitude, the situation can get out of control. Not condoning it, just adding some context.
I would have been helpful to see camera footage of the chase. All of these LEOs would not have converged if it was just a routine traffic stop.

Which is why i want to know what they were doing and where at...and what call were they reacting to.... before they yanked him out of the car. Did they go after the wrong guy?

Even so......beating him and torturing as they did till death was completely unnecessary...they pay now for their crime.
