Others will be charged for offenses and also EMT'S for not responding when they got there.

Wasn't the first time this officer's been charged with beatings...
Demetrius Haley, formerly worked for the Shelby County Division of Corrections as a corrections officer, was cited in a 2016 civil rights lawsuit for allegedly ''beating an inmate to unconsciousness''.....

You’re right to mention the inactive EMTs. Were they threatened with “stand down, you guys, we’re handling this, we’ll let you know when to take over?”
They usually are serious and trying to shave seconds off of actions to save someone, as I had the misfortune to see firsthand.
