When the one cop said he was "going to baton the f out of him"....afew beatings but there is an audible (thwack). I'm not sure, but I think the ASP connected with his brain. He was acting messed up at that point. Autopsy will confirm with crack skull or skull fragments in his brain.
You dont use an asp on the head. THey failed basic arrest, submission, and control methods. These guys are either NOT trained or maltrained. NO supervisors seem to be on scene. Its a mob, basically...with a badge.
