The police may get to the point where it becomes open season on them. If that happens then it gets real. Cops violent against everyone and many that will seek them out. Crazy times.
If 5 cops can’t bring in 1 guy alive then the police may have big problems coming. When it pops the Cities will be first but then it will spread.
FYI, but being a suspect does not make one guilty.
He was pulled over for suspected wrecked driving. Basically a police fishing expedition.
Any kick to the head is attempted murder.
I think they would have beaten him even if he complied. This pack of animals was looking for something to do when this occurred.

Agreed. Once the perp is no longer resisting and/or unable to resist or defend himself (no matter how hard or violently he resisted in the first place) it crosses the line into assault by the cop.
