This got me at first to
5:10 AM while the body cam footage of the police show they arrived at 9:30 AM (Z on body cam).
Zulu time is military time. Which is 4 hours back from San Fransicko time.
I still think the video is faked. Based on the wind not blowing the painters tarps in the security video.

Sorry, I don't understand. You linked only one video, not two for a comparison. Your one video shows evidence of wind. I don't know what the stuff is that is blowing through the air, presumably because it is too close to the lens to be in focus. Small leaves? The police body cam video that I saw was taken from just outside the house door, then inside the house. Presumably it was taken after dePape entered the house. I see no reason to expect that the two videos were taken at the same time.

Please clarify what I should be paying attention to.

In fairness, perhaps there are differences in what different types of CCTV do with night vision. But night vision in my experience turns dark clothes gray or white.
