Excuse me but the subject at hand was not sexual harassment or a rape that happens every 98 seconds.
My question was: Why would there be a length of time after after a brutal rape is reported?
My wife was raped in the restroom at a party a couple of years before I met her.   I understand all that you provided a link to.

There is no excuse for not reporting a brutal or violent rape unless the rapist was Bill Clinton, and he was the sitting Attorney General at the time.

She did report it. Your problem was with the time it took her to summon the courage, her being away from home and a young virgin totally shamed and terrified that those beasts were still on campus with her. But go ahead, judge her, since it's making you feel so morally superior.
