No, I was living and working in PA at the time. It happened in downtown PA in a parking lot on Hamilton or Forest around 1985, about the last place I expected something like that. Some bruthas from East PA “asked” for $20 to buy gasoline to get home. I paid them and we got out of there without anything real bad happening. The other incidents weren’t as “pleasant.”
