I have a feeling the outcome of this thing isn’t going to go the way most think it should.

The only way it should go is the way that serves true justice. I see that people want to lynch these guys, but the fact that the victim waited so long to report such a horrible incident tells me that there's more to this than meets the eye.

I was referring to a different case. Another freeper and I were discussing the Madison Brooks case in Louisiana.

Yes, this would seem to be a case that any competent defense lawyer could use reasonable doubt to win. As presented, if I were a juror the state would have to present something more compelling than what I am seeing.
