Russian assertions are not a “data stream”. That source is absurd.
The Ukrainian MOD is not a data stream either. That is way less extreme in its claims than the Russian equivalent. But both are unsupported assertions.

Debt?
I’ve heard nothing about payback of funds (except 10% to big guy and $$$$$$$ to MID).
I don’t see any way they will be in a position to pay back anything...this is all compliments of US taxpayer :(
