Unfortunately I don’t think she will win her law suit.
So the big question is going to be this...if Trump loses in the primaries who will the Party put forth?? Pence is a non-starter in my opinion. And lets assume that DeSantis is not interested in this election cycle...then who??
Yeah I know everybody thinks Trump is going to get in but if he does not we better be prepared to figure out who to back. I’m a firm believer in having a backup plan...and that strategy has served me will on more than one occasion.
If Trump loses in the primaries, then whoever wins in the primaries will be the candidate...

That will become evident in plenty of time once the primary season comes. That is its purpose.
If Trump loses in the primaries, someone beat him in the primaries. And that is who the nominee will be.
The question at that point will be whether Trump goes third party and hands the election to the dems.
she will not win her law suit, because the courts will deem it too upsetting to the system... yet fraud is not too upsetting.
she will then be a part of the federal crack down on corruption and purge the fraudulent election racket...
