I remember a story about cops shooting a deaf man for not following verbal instructions, another when a woman called for help because her friend was having some diabetic episode and the police killed her for not following instructions.

These were several years ago, hopefully they have had better training.

It’s risky to say, but true.. A lot of cops are just itching to kill someone in the line of duty as a trophy.

Doesn’t matter what race is involved. They also love to shoot dogs if there’s no humans available that they can get rid of.

Obviously not... They continue to be too quick on the trigger. Which make me wonder if this victim’s “handicap” was hearing impairment. This would put a whole different perspective on the situation. Do they even consider this a possibility when they are giving commands?

Absolutely not, it is always shoot first and ask questions later. And if they are wrong then it was just acceptable collateral damage while doing their duties.
