The US military has a good first punch but cannot go the full 15 rounds. No chance.
On May 9, 1940, everyone thought that the French had the best army in the world. Six days later it was on its way to the biggest blowout loss of the 20th Century. For all the same reasons our military would get blown out in a war with China.
One difference though; French General Maurice Gamelin had the integrity to resign after the panzers crossed the Meuse. Milley’s failure to resign after the Afghanistan debacle shows he has less integrity than the biggest loser of the 20th century. My guess is that he has none at all.
